From discovery to independent handover

   Discovery & Requirements

   We invest time upfront to understand users, organisational context, and integration landscapes before development starts.

   • Requirements are agreed in workshops with the people who will use the system, and signed off as a baseline before the build starts.
   • One named decision-maker on each side settles open questions inside an iteration.
2. 2

   Iterative Development

   Short sprints, frequent demos, and structured feedback cycles ensure working software appears early and improves quickly.

   • Short iterations, each ending in a working demonstration on real data.
   • All work moves through Git with pull-request review and automated tests; nothing is edited directly on the live system.
   • Separate development, test and live environments: nothing reaches live that has not run on test.
3. 3

   Quality Assurance

   QA is embedded throughout with test plans, regression checks, and user acceptance testing before each release.

   • Every change passes the same gate: reproduce, implement, verify on test with a regression pass, confirm with the requester, then promote and record.
   • The riskiest areas are tested on purpose rather than left to ordinary use: permissions by role, payments and data reconciliation.
   • User acceptance testing with the client’s own users before go-live.
4. 4

   Training & Handover

   We provide end-user training and technical documentation so internal teams can confidently operate post-handover.

   • Documentation is written during the build: generated API documentation and a runbook for deployment, backup and restore.
   • Source code, configuration and credentials are handed over in a documented, rotatable form, so the client can maintain or re-tender the system without us.
   • Training in two tracks, for operational users and for the technical team, recorded for later reference.
   • A hypercare period after go-live covers defect fixes, monitoring and first-run questions; new features are scoped separately.
